Constructing homes at one location keeps quality high versus managing multiple construction sites.
Ready-built homes are fully-constructed pier-and-beam homes. The only difference is that ready-built homes are fully constructed away from your lot. As the home is built, its foundation is prepared on the lot. Finally, the home is shipped to the lot, where it is fixed to the foundation just as securely as a pier-and-beam home that is built on-site.
